An accountant by profession, Demola is a seasoned project manager with over 15 years multi-industry experience, working with blue chip organisations to implement strategic, business focused solutions that support their business goals, and maximize the ROI.
Prior to joining SystemSpecs, he had a long spell with IBM UK, managing software implementation and application development projects, implementing project best practice, setting up and managing programme management offices, and consulting on ERP implementation.
He is also widely experienced in business analysis, change management and programme management.
